My favorite restaurant in general in China Chili in Phoenix. It's well prepared, isn't made from cheap ingredients, and it's almost always a quiet atmosphere. The orange chicken, sweet and sour pork, and szechuan green beans are my favorite dishes.
I heard an a capella cover of these guys once that was amazing. Never saw the actual group in concert though.
