It is hard to know what to do when you have two young kids, a wife, and a mother-in-law. Yes, the reputation on the event picker is on the line when the mother-in-law enters the picture. Ofcourse, the stakes are even higher with the holiday weekend. Now I want to be a good dad to my kids as well, but, if they don't like it, they are smaller than me and a sucker will usally fix any problem. The grandma however is seasoned veterian. If the "activity" goes south, I could hear of it indefinitly. And so, the curtain went up, the show went on, and so did my reputation as "event picker". Yes, I now can continue to enjoy the freedom of choosing events for me and the family. Did I mention I saw a person actully float! Yeah, just thought I should add that little side note...
