Three of us went there for lunch. We walked in and didn't see a hostess, so we sat down and waited for 10 minutes (I timed it) and nobody came. We got up and left. Other people were eating and we saw a couple of waitresses, so the place was obviously open for business!
The food is good but the service is not the best (slow and just ok, not extremely pleasant). Phone manners definitely need some improvement. The most shocking thing is the price of the soft drinks (no refills). The food is interesting and I'm told it's pretty authentic. Some improvements are needed to make this an awesome place.
We were disappointed. The service was just ok, not extremely friendly. The expensive salad consisted of cheap iceberg lettuce, two thin slices of red onion and very little dressing. The expensive steak was just ok, nothing to write home about. We probably won't be back.
