  Tom's Urban 24

  Horrible service. We were surprised, as it comes from a creator with several other restaurants. My wife and I stopped in for lunch. There were several tables empty, but the hostess was telling people it was a 15 minute wait. That should have been a clue, but we got a pager and waited.
  
  After about ten minutes, a couple came in and got seated ahead of us. I went and asked where we were on the list. I was told we were next. Five minutes later, a group of three ladies came in, and also got seated ahead of us.
  
  Still several tables empty during this whole time. After the second party got seated ahead of us we left. We eat downtown a lot, but do yourself a favor and go across the street to The Market. We'll go back there, but never again to Tom's.
