  Mosaic

  We had a VERY disappointing meal at the Mosaic restaurant last night. It was my wife’s 50th birthday to start with. I called Mosaic at 11:30am to make a reservation and had to leave a message. No one ever returned my call. I had to call again at 5:30 and made a reservation. We had a very unpleasant/2nd class server. There were two items on the menu that we wanted and he said they where out of it. The waiter did not come to the table to check on us. The food came out at very different times. My wife’s and daughter-in-law’s food came out after the rest of the group was finished. The salmon my daughter-in-law ordered was not done. To top it off, an 18% tip was added to my bill! This horrible service did not deserve 5% and the meal was far from being worth $195.
