  Poor Quality Laser Service--Does Not Remove Hair Even After 8 Sessions
  
  Before I begin I just want to say that I am a light-skinned individual with dark hair who has had laser on multiple body parts at numerous locations across the city. I have had great success with previous services and have been told that I'm a great candidate for laser so any failure to achieve results at Confidence Salon was not because of my skin type etc
  
  I purchased 6 laser hair removal sessions at Confidence for my chin (to remove 3-5 hairs I have) and 6 for a Brazilian Bikini laser. On my first visit and every subsequent visit, the woman just started zapping without looking at my skin, examining the hair or attempting to tailor my laser treatment to my specific skin type. She just spread my legs and started zapping. When I completed all 6 sessions some of the hair was thinner and growing a little more slowly but it was ALL still growing in and the hairs on my chin never even reacted (no slower growth, no thinning of the hair NOTHING).
  
  I was offered an additional 3 sessions by another technician at a discounted rate so I decided to continue and see if the 3 additional sessions would finally achieve the hairless result I wanted. Again I received no personalized treatment even asked me what my settings were for the machine (as if I would have this information).
  
  I now have 8 sessions completed out of 9 and there is NO DIFFERENCE. The area around the top of my bikini line has thinned out a little bit but it's still growing in visibly and everything between my legs is growing in as much as ever.
  
  I really can't believe that after 8 SESSIONS I have no significant change in hair growth. I can only assume that either the laser is poor quality (it's an Intense pulsed light machine (IPL) and not traditional laser) or that the technicians do not know how to adjust the settings on the machine correctly to give you the correct intensity of "zap"
  Either way laser hair removal at this location is a waste of time and money.
