  What happened to this place?
  When this place opened, it was awesome, the all-you-can eat lobsters, elegantly presented, professionally served, with great seating outside.
  Tragically, things have changed! In October we went to have a birthday gathering, and it was the WORST! dining experience any of us at the table recall ever having in any real restaurant. The unforgivable part was, however, that even after alerting the manager, the service and the food continued to be abysmal.
  I even tried to follow up with them the next day, and the consistent response from the managers has been to explain to me why I'm mistaken, and the service and food were not awful, and that we did in fact enjoy ourselves. baffling!
  Sort the reviews posted here by date, and the truth becomes apparent quickly, Tokyo Blue started out strong, but had degraded into something awful. Don't waste your dining dollars here!
