  Bisato: Great Food, Not a Great Restaurant

  Seattle is a town with a lot of great food. Excellent ingredients accounting for a lot of that. What is rare is a combination of technical skill, creativity and execution to put all those gorgeous fresh components to use. Carsberg is an artist, and creates at a very high level.

  Developers run (ruin) this city. It's got one of the ugliest built environments anywhere, and it's getting worse every week. If we didn't have good geography to pffset it, we'd be famous for our hideous greedy uninspired spec-home mixed use crap. We haven't had a city or county government stand...
