I've tried hard to like this place. I've put up with the ridiculous prices and sometimes slow pace of the work. I've tolerated the year long wait to actually get an appointment. I've tolerated the aloof and too-cool-for-school attitude that permeates everyone who works at Think Tank. I've put up with their complete disrespect for my time by making me wait a minimum of 45 minutes to an hour every time I showed up on time for an appointment. I've accepted their cash only policy which forces me to either carry around $400 or so in cash or pay the ATM machine fee in their shop. No more. I won't waste another nickel or minute of my time on this overblown, overpriced, and unbelievably arrogant establishment. Yes, they are talented and the work is pretty good, albeit a bit slow and did I mention overpriced? If you are a masochist and enjoy abuse and disrespect, you will have found a home. Better you than me.
Well, I like their pizza. However, they demanded my ID so they could scan it. I declined and they refused to allow my wife and myself entry to spend our money at their establishment. I was told it was their policy. My policy is to keep my personal information personal. If getting access to my personal information is more important to this place than a paying customer, I guess I won't be coming back. There are already too many intrusions into our personal lives and I sure as hell am not going to share it with a pizza and beer joint.
